What we do with your email address.
Last updated 28 September 2026. Short version: we use your address to tell you when Hollin is ready, and for nothing else.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store your email address and the time you joined. If you use someone’s invite link we also store which link it was, so they can move up the list.
What we use it for
Three things: confirming you are on the list, telling you when your batch opens, and sending the occasional beta update (at most one a week). We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell or share it.
Who can see it
The small team that runs the beta, and the email service that delivers our messages. That service is bound by contract to use your address only to send our mail.
How long we keep it
Until the beta ends, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is first. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
Cookies
This page uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with a privacy-friendly counter that does not follow you between sites.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you at any time. Write to hello@hollin.example and a person will reply within two working days.
When your mail is involved
Once you are in the beta, mail you connect to Hollin is handled under the separate product terms. Joining the waitlist gives us no access to any mailbox.
